Terms of use
Last updated October 19, 2026
Draft. Opsphie is in early access, and this page is subject to change before launch. We'll update the date above whenever it does.
These terms cover your use of Opsphie: the Slack app, the web app and this website. By installing or using Opsphie, you agree to them. If you use it on behalf of an organization, you agree to them for that organization.
Early access
Opsphie is in early access. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you before you're charged anything.
Your content
What you put into Opsphie (incidents, updates, summaries, timelines) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Our privacy policy explains what we collect and why.
Acceptable use
- Use Opsphie only for lawful purposes and in line with Slack's own terms.
- Don't try to access other workspaces' data or get around our security.
- Don't overload, disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service at risk.
No warranty
Opsphie is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It helps you coordinate incidents; it doesn't replace your own monitoring, on-call or judgment.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by the service being unavailable, including during an incident.
Ending your use
You can stop using Opsphie at any time by uninstalling it from Slack. We may stop offering it, and will give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and significant changes will be announced in advance. Contact details will be added here before launch.
